About the course

We know that safeguarding children must be at the heart of everything we do, yet, keeping abreast of the changing child protection landscape can be a challenge.

There have been a number of new publications and guidance from the DfE as well as the launch of local and national safeguarding children initiatives means that you probably need to update your Safeguarding Children knowledge.

All settings are expected to have robust safeguarding systems in place and be able to evidence how you create and sustain a culture of vigilance where children’s welfare and safety are actively promoted.
